Since beginning his career in April 2003, he has helped countless buyers and sellers throughout Delray Beach and its surrounding coastal and golf communities achieve their real estate goals, always with a focus on making the process as smooth, seamless, and rewarding as possible. Before real estate, Erik built a strong foundation in finance as a Budget Analyst, Nasdaq Market Maker, and Proprietary Trader. That background gives him a unique ability to understand market trends, accurately assess property values, and navigate the financial side of every transaction with confidence. While residential real estate is his primary focus, Erik’s experience also includes commercial properties and land assemblage, offering clients well-rounded expertise across the board. He works with both buyers and sellers, though he especially enjoys the strategy and precision involved in representing listings. A longtime local, Erik has called Delray Beach home for over 30 years. He’s an active member of the Delray Elks Club and Delray Dunes Golf and Country Club. Outside of work, Erik enjoys playing golf, surfing, and spending time with his family, making the most of the South Florida lifestyle he loves. Erik takes great pride in building lasting relationships, with his clients, colleagues, and community.
